Building Cos. will pay $1.2 million to end the slip and fall costume

By Mike Curley (February 16, 2022, 6:17 PM EST) – Three New York construction companies announced Wednesday that they have agreed to pay $1.2 million to a construction worker who claims he was injured in a slip-and-fall accident while working at Floyd Bennett Field in Brooklyn.

According to the notice, Four Tribes Construction Services LLC, Conair Corp. and Logistics & Technology Services Inc. agreed, after a second round of mediation, to resolve the claims of Dennis Ritz and his wife, with Four Tribes and Conair paying $525,000 each, and LTS paying $150,000.
